It had a nice view from floor 14.
I found a long hair in my food. The staff offered me a free dessert, but my companions were not having any. The staff then removed the service charge from the bill. I didn't wish to make a fuss, but the service charge is optional. The experience was disappointing! The food was tasty, but the hair ruined it.

the paintings on the wall featured beautiful design with golden and grey colors. the atmosphere was amazing and the location enjoyable. i had a wonderful viewing experience from level 14 from the sky bar. i will come back if i have the occasion.
single use soap bars are a waste. i suggest using a soap dispenser on the wall, much better for the environment.

the room was clean and modern. the bed was nice and comfy with a good view. i will recommend it. breakfast was a good buffet! it was restocked with fresh food regularly. the choice of products was also good.
one downside, the sky bar was supposedly open until 1 am, but service was inconsistent.

i enjoyed the modern, clean bathroom and very comfortable beds. staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. the location was a short walk away from restaurants. i found the staff at reception to be both helpful and friendly.
The parking situation was a little inconsistent. My friend and i checked out at the same time, but received slightly different discounted parking rates. it was a small thing, but a little confusing.

My room presented a clean aesthetic and modern style. The hotel's location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. I especially appreciated the swift check-in process, and I booked breakfast for the following day. The variety offered at breakfast combined with the great view made it worthwhile.
The bathroom door had random chunks missing at the bottom. the shower offered low pressure and a lukewarm temperature. I cleared a random hair before using it.

the rooftop restaurant had an amazing view, though i didn't celebrate my birthday.
The walls were paper thin, meaning i could hear every noise from the room next door and my sleep was very bad. The noise was significant, especially on a saturday night with partying guests.
