long hair optional service
The lift to the floors was good. It had a nice view from floor 14.
I found a long hair in my food. The staff offered me a free dessert, but my companions were not having any. The staff then removed the service charge from the bill. I didn't wish to make a fuss, but the service charge is optional. The experience was disappointing! The food was tasty, but the hair ruined it.

excellent sky bar, good experience
beautiful design amazing atmosphere enjoyable location wonderful viewing
the paintings on the wall featured beautiful design with golden and grey colors. the atmosphere was amazing and the location enjoyable. i had a wonderful viewing experience from level 14 from the sky bar. i will come back if i have the occasion.
single use soap bars are a waste. i suggest using a soap dispenser on the wall, much better for the environment.

amazing view rooftop restaurant paper thin walls bad sleep
the rooftop restaurant had an amazing view, though i didn't celebrate my birthday.
The walls were paper thin, meaning i could hear every noise from the room next door and my sleep was very bad. The noise was significant, especially on a saturday night with partying guests.
